Has anyone else ran into a similar issue? So my 12s are a bit baggy on me now (whoopee!) and the 10s are comfy...except for the muffin top due to my saggy belly (hooraaay c-section!). For now I'm just thankful it's cold enough for hoodies. :] Hopefully I can lose this by spring...

  • Strength training is the only way to go & I don't mean lifting those miniature dumbbells with higher reps. Lift heavy enough to challenge your muscles. And women, please we cannot get bulky on doing heavy weight lifting. We lack the necessary amounts of testosterone to build large muscles & those manly looking women you'll see in body building magazines are all jacked up on sterioids. What we can get from weight lifting is a sexy, toned body that can fit in smaller clothes.
