Maintenance anyone ?

Hi been on here working hard at it for about 3 months now and have got to where I want to be so now its the scary bit ... maintenance. Ive been on 1200 calories a day which I have found fine now time to up it, MFP suggests 1400 but I'm thinking of going in the middle at 1300 to start with as 200 extra seems a big jump. Anyone one else out there starting or on maintenance ? add me and we can support each other through this :)
