Anybody know how many colories you burn by doing 30 mins of exercising in the water. Sort of like aeobics in the water, even your best guess would be valuable.

    Hi I do aqua tone every thursday at my local sports centre for 45 minutes i burn 204 calories , when recording it through MFP under water aerobics
