Sports Gels

Im in training for a Half Marathon and tomorrows long run is the first time ill make 2 hours, so iv decided to try out Sports Gels for energy, instead of lugging round big bottles of lucazade sport that fizzes and explodes in my face, and to get used to them ready for my race in March.

Which one should i buy? does anyone have any recomendations? when and how much do you usually consume them? (and i guess you take additional water with them to digest? i will be taking a litre+ of water with me anyway)
