Anyone else from Ireland?
I can't find it anywhere except online and I got rid of my credit cards so can't get it online.
My friend is burning me a copy of 30DS but I'd like to buy some others too. So if anyone in Ireland sees them anywhere please let me know0 -

I started the 30DS in mid January. If anyone wants a couple of pieces of advice:
1. Fake it til you make it! (It may seem like cruel and unusual punishment for the first few days but YOU CAN do it!)
2. A lot of people post the exercise under "Circuit training, general" in the exercise database. For my weight, it listed 262 cals burnt. With my HRM however, it was 419! (Max HR: 182. Peak HR during Shred: 159) The harder you work, the more you're going to burn so don't get discouraged if a program tells you you're burning peanuts. If you have an HRM, use it.
