Day 2

It's my second day on the ol' MFP and I'm already slightly wary. Half of my atomic makeup would like to go bathe in / consume a vat of molten milk chocolate - the other half knows that I owe it to myself to be healthy so I can continue tripping the light fandango. Sigh. Friendships, random cheering, or self-proclaimed internet enemies for life welcomed.

    I am on day 3 myself and I sort of fell off the wagon last night. Working hard to stay on the wagon today!

    I made a weight loss/exercise journey journal and have it setting out on the counter where I see it all day. I work from home so it is really hard to be around food all the time and not constantly snack. The journal has helped me a lot! I just started back on the band wagon this week and had a weakness day yesterday. I am a total stress eater! Today is a new day and I am ready! You can do this!!! Find friends that can help keep you motivated. You can add me if you want to.
