Afraid of the scale?

I've been at this 8 days and this morning I was afraid of the scale. Long story short, there was nothing to be afraid of but I was wondering if others stand there and stare at the scale for minutes on end like I did this morning. (Kinda silly really as... What the hell was I afraid of anyway?) :smile:

    It happens to everyone. But, keep this in mind about anything - If you don't face it, you can't fight it.
