Carbs!

I seem to be eating alot of carbs. I usually eat all of my alloted carbs and then I usually eat back all the carbs I earn from excercise. Is this okay. Most of the carbs are from fruit.

    Hmm debatable fruit and veggies & protein combined would be the best choice when eating back excercise calories perhaps switch some of those fruits out for veggies & protein because your also doubling your sugar intake with the fruits...I personally watch carbs closely and do not eat back my excercise calories.:drinker:

    I "eat back" everything across the board. I just make sure I'm not over on anything, which is difficult sometimes and there's always something that goes over. Typically I'm a little over on sodium, protein, or fiber but it doesn't bother me. I feel healthy and have reached my goal so I figure I'm on the right track. Know your body. We're all made up differently.

    If you're working out intensely I'd personally eat back my protein before I ate my carbs...but I don't eat back much if any. It's a highly debatable subject on this site...
