  • Yep, my chest was the first to go! I went from a high C cup to a medium A cup. Then, my waist shrunk. I'm small-wasted naturally (very hour glass shaped), so that wasn't thrilling to me either. Finally, the hips and thighs started shedding inches. I was PLEASED! Oh, and I had my wedding ring decreased in size. Funny how odd places on our bodies lose inches first!

yeah I feel you. I miss my boobies. My stomach is the most stubborn part. Ive lost weight in my face, arms, everywhere but my tummy.
Wish there was such a thing as spot reduction.

I have lost weight in my fingers, wrist, face and waist but everywhere else seems to be following the trend slowly, LOL. Wish the hips and thighs would catch up, LOL.

yeah, Im really surprised I haven't lost it in my face yet. I wouldnt mind that ;)
  • Whenever I start losing weight the back of me slims down first. I'm its not like me back fat actually leaves :grumble: it just lays smoother I guess??? Anyway, I always tell my mom that I am going to start walking backwards so people can see the slimmer part of me  !!!

I miss my boobies too but other than that I'm your opposite, my tummy is flat as can be... I'm waiting for my plump arms and legs to catch up

Ladies.....trust me.....losing the "boobies" is fine! A fitter, leaner you is MUCH more important (AND sexier!)!

Yeah, well, take it from somebody with plenty of chest to go around- don't be too sad. It interferes with exercising! I keep saying my chest didn't get the memo that we are shrinking! It's not keeping pace with the rest of me.

Kerrilucko- I'm with you, arms and legs can go anytime! (But I am seeing results.)

I agree. I hope my chest will shrink but I don't think it's going to.

If my boobs get any smaller, they'll be sticking out of my back! :noway:

::sigh:: Why is it always this way? And because I allowed myself to gain the weight... they're not just small, but saggy too!

I am very hourglass as well and although I am not happy about the boobs getting smaller I to can live with it. That's what padding is for anyway. Plus if your smaller to begin with you will never have to worry about sagging. Its so uncomfortable when that starts. When I am in the mood to go without a bra I find myself tucking my shirt underneath because its so freaking irritating!!! It was nice to see my butt shrinking though. Its always been a little on the big side and unusually rounded and after I put on the worst of the weight I noticed my shirts bunching up above it. They stopped doing that within the first two weeks. That was so nice :).

Stair Steppers and walking up steep hills are a great way to get a larger butt. You need to build that muscle back there. One of my favorite exercises is to set the treadmill incline all the way up to 15 and set the speed at 3.0 and just climb!!!

My boobs are always the first to go too, not that there's much of them to lose :( Ya know, I wish I would lose weight in my fingers (of course everywhere else too)! Not many people think about losing weight in their hands, but my hands never lost their baby fat. Even when I was fairly small I still had chubby hands, and it wasn't until very recently that I stopped hiding my hands all the time from embarrassment.
