hey all
i weigh in on a monday and i exersize everyday for 30-60 min sometimes longer. i go running, swimming, spinning, walk the dog and sometimes use my cross trainer and i use my HRM on all apart from walking the dog.
ive been watching the biggest looser a lot lately and ive noticed they whip them the day before weigh in. so i decided to do the same to myself last week.
on the sunday i went spinning - burnt 580 calories in 45 min then i got home and walked my dog for 2 hours burning 200 calories. i also drank a LOT of water.
i jumped on the scales monday morning and lost 4lbs since last week  needles to say i did the happy dance.
just wondering do you think my 780 claories burn may have had anything to do with it??? i normally burn 300-500 cal a day.
thank in advance

wow! Well one pound is 3500 hundred calories so you either need to burn it in exercise or cut it from your diet. just dont overdo it. good job though.0

Not sure @ tonilizzy88. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and make sure I burn at least 1000 calories each time. Sometimes I loose loads sometimes not. For instance lost 4lbs week before last then last week lost 1lb, but it does make 5lbs in two weeks, so very pleased nevertheless :happy:0

Great job on the weight loss! I lost 3lbs last week working out every day as well.
That "last chance workout" is a TV show thing, but what it does is expends any water weight they may have through sweat. If you had an intense workout, but didn't increase your water intake, your water weight could be less. Don't be concerned with the scale, be concerned with inches.0
