Body Fat Percentage Question

What are those of you who measure and track your body fat using to measure it and do you feel that whatever you're using is accurate?

My scale says it measures body fat but around the time I started using it I was around 138 and it said I had 37 pounds of body fat. Now I weigh about 121 and it still says that I have 34.5 pounds of body fat. If the scale is right that would mean that most of the weight I've lost is muscle. I don't see how that's possible because I have been lifting weights from the start and have been lifting more and more weight at the gym and I can see on my body that my muscles are growing and can see my fat going away. It just seems impossible from what I see in the mirror and feel at the gym that I've lost so much muscle and have only lost 2.5 pounds of fat.

Does anyone else have experience with this? Have you used the body fat measurement on your scale and does it seem to work for you?
