Hi all! A newbie here on MFP, but not new to the working out scene. I'm a fairly active person, more so in the warmer months so in the winter I like to join a gym.
I know the quick easy answer to my question is see a doctor, which is what I hate doing :P
but here goes..
I find that in any routines I get into my heart rate is very high. A friend noticed while we were on the elliptical the other day why my heart rate was so much higher than hers. A good 175+ and this was a steady jogging pace. The machine usually screams at me to slow down. I thought it was my breathing at first so I concentrated on that but i'm still having this issue.
Anyone else have this problem?
