Plateau help

In the past two weeks I've been hitting up the gym 3 days a week where my roommate and I do 60 minutes of weight lifting and 40 minutes of walking on the treadmill at 3.7 mph where my heart rate is averaged at 155. The treadmill says that I burn 200 calories (or a little more) and for weight lifting I say 40 minutes for the log because I don't know if the count factors in the 30 sec breaks in between reps plus moving to the next machine, going to get water, etc etc. That's typically around 150 calories. So I burn generally 350 calories per trip to the gym 3 days a week.

I always eat my calories back and stay right around 1200. I try not to drop below that and if I do drop I eat the difference the next day. However, I've noticed that since I've started at the gym two weeks ago that I haven't dropped one tiny bit on the scale. I'm stuck at 165. I was losing so steadily of about 1-2 pounds a week before this and now I can't budge. I've measured myself and since I started at the gym I actually don't see a difference in measurements either so I'm not losing inches or weight.

I could use some advice about how to get UNstuck.

I haven't experienced this myself yet, but I've heard you should eat additional calories to gain a couple (no more than three) pounds then decrease your calories back to the previous amount until you plateau again. Repeat at each plateau.

I am looking forward to reading the other replies as well.
