So I haven't been in the gym since Wednesday before thanksgiving because my foot got so bad I could barely stand on it. Surgery was dec 30. After thanksgiving i also ended up in the er twice because of diverticulitis, didn't know i had it. My diet had to change radically because of this. I can't tolerate much fiber or whole grains now. (i eat a bowl of special k or raisin bran and i am in pretty bad pain within a couple of hours) There is a list of veggies I can't have anymore. Basically the healthy stuff I love I had to give up or deal with the pain that's worse than giving birth.

This is the longest period I have been out of the gym since May and I'm frustrated because of my foot surgery. (plantar fasciitis) Mad at myself because I know I'm not eating right (im not going overboard on my food or overindulging, most days im eating two meals) and having a hard time getting back on track and finding foods that I can eat that don't put me in pain and this is honestly trial and error.

My weight has stayed at 166 since Thanksgiving and I'm very grateful for that considering no exercise and trying to figure out this new eating problem.

Any suggestions are welcome. I'm going the wrong way on a one way street!
