Calories vs Protein

I'm having trouble eating enough calories every day but I go over in the protein. I know it is important to be sure to use all my calories to keep my metabolism working but is it better to go over by a couple of proteins or under by 400-500 calories? I can't seem to get enough calories without protein. HELP.

    are you doing any toning? I go WAY over on my protien because I eat a lot of chicken. But I'm also lifting weights so I need the extra protien.

    I don't think you will gain weight or not lose by going over on your protien. I think the "goal" that they give you is just a guideline. :smile:
