I recommend a mutli, I really like mine with joint support and get a protein shake with a really solid macro to it. Much cheaper and you will see a difference as well!
As for what you eat, it's all about the calories when it comes to the waist line.0 -

I do Shakeology, and I really don't find it to be that expensive, and it goes a long way. I use it every morning as a breakfast replacement meal except for Sundays since it's my "cheat" day. I take vitamins on top of that as well. I really don't see how it's healthy to eat a chocolate donut every morning and then having a Dr. Pepper for lunch.......If it's working for you though, then great. I just see a lot of excess sugar....0 -
I just eat one green M&M every day and with diet and exercise, I've seen wonderful results. You all should try it.0

Blue ones have more water content.0 -
The green...huh and you see good results? Now have you ever compared to the other colors or green is the color of veggies?0

I love this post!! I think it's even funnier that people think you're serious... :laugh:0

Everything green is a veggie, right? That's my understanding, anyway.
As someone said, the blue have more water content, but no nutritional value. And definitely stay away from the brown ones.0 -
I seriously would eat a donut before using shakeology. I don't need a high pressure sales pitch and sketchy science to enjoy a donut.0

Have you tried juicing your chocolate donut? Then it becomes a fast, which is like so much better for you.0

If you juice it with exotic fruit juices, I think it turns the donut into a fat burning calorie instead of a sugar based calorie!0 -

I use shakeology. I take a Wendy's frostie on Monday, Wednesday - a McDonald's chocolate on Tuesday, Thursday. A burger king chocolate on Friday, Sunday. An Arby's jamocha shake every Saturday.0
