Take a deep breathe, and visualize your goals. You're going to have days where you'll binge, but don't feel guilty about it, just get back on track the next day. You have done an amazing job and should be proud. Get that pride back, girl!0

What is making you blah? Is it the season, winter weather? Can you get out and take a walk? Find something to distract you from eating.0

Thanks.....I'm trying to get back on track...thankfully there is nothing much around to eat!0

Ahh, hon, we all have THOSE days..................and they suck
I think it's the "old habits" creeping back in.......those evil thoughts of food that tastes so good, but we really KNOW we shouldn't eat it, and those days of not really giving a ratz azz about how we looked..............
but you've changed.
and you DO care.
and you WANT to keep on task.
So....................as the famous Nike slogan says "Just Do It!"
I find when the gotta-eat-crap stage hits me, I might have a LITTLE of what's in my mind, and then eat something really GOOD for me. Fill up with the good stuff, take a walk, get on my new mini-elliptical (love that thing)..........and change my thoughts.
Much success sent your way!

Learn from my mistake. I lost about 50 pounds ( ate right and exercised). Then I broke my ankle. I couldn't really exercise but I used my injury as an excuse to eat everything in sight. Even after the caste came off I didn't get back on track. I gain 65 pounds in 1 year. So please don't let this happen to you.0
