I love grilled cheese sandwiches but didn't want the extra calories from butter. Very filling!

Ingredients:
2 slices Giant Eagle whole grain white bread
1 slice Kraft deli deluxe American Cheese

Toast bread until brown. Add cheese and cook in the microwave for 15 seconds or until cheese is melted. Eat it while its hot!

My grilled cheese sandwiches range from 230-238 calories, depending on the cheese I use. And that's including the butter. :]

Thats how my dad makes his grilled cheese lol

I personally will use butter and whole wheat bread. Has anyone ever tried to exchange the butter for a bit of olive oil. I was thinking of brushing a little bit of olive oil onto one side of the bread instead of the butter (the thought being that olive oil is a much better choice than butter)
