Has anyone tried the Ab Circle Pro?? Just looking for some reviews.

    What do you want it to do? I find most if not all ab equipment a waste of time/money

    Ab Circle Pro- 120$ Results.. probably no.

    Golds Gym 110 lb barbell weight set- 100$ Results.. absolutely.

    Just looking to flatten my abs and waist. I've also seen the ab glider....any reviews on that??

    Ab equipment won't do this. Diet and exercise is what abs make. If you want to do abs, try more core exercises.
