I started with myfitnesspal.com yesterday. I am 31. Female. Free-spirited and a little wacky.:smooched: I have never been one to track anything. I can barely keep up with the day to day. I own and run a winery in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. I have two boys, one is four and the other is 2. My husband also runs his own company. Our schedules are very busy. I have lost 40 pounds on my own but have hit a plateau and thought I could use some outside help. The forty came off by deleting things from my life: fast food, soda, candy, chips, etc. My downfall has always been convenience eating. So, then I came up with a rule...I can eat anything I want as long as I make it myself from scratch. So the 40 pounds came off in less than a year without really trying too hard. Now, I think in order for me to drop this last 20 pounds, I need to add things into my life. Exercise. More water. Healthier choices. I know I can do this. I know you can too. We weren't meant to be so fat....as humans. But we no longer need to hunt our food. Or even pick it ourselves. We have taken food for granted:drinker: and I am going to stop doing that NOW. TODAY is the day.
