Is there any particular measurement other than a small amount? Where does the first dash end and the second begin? just wondering

    Wow thanks all i've been doing is making healtheir choices that include cooking for myself instead of going out logging everything down drinking my water and going to the gym 3 days a week for 1 hour though i usually play on my wii on my off days really what it came down to for me was paying attention to how much and what i put in my mouth. My mindless eating was a huge problem for me before i started this i'm ashamed to say nutrtional labels could have been in greek and i wouldn't have noticed
