Dad visiting--help!

So, my dad's visiting me in San Francisco, for 4 days. He has three big food requests:
- A nice Indian restaurant
- A nice Asian restaurant
- A nice Italian restaurant
What are some lighter but healthy suggestions for these types of places? I want to enjoy myself, since they will be more expensive than I usually eat. But I don't want to go crazy.
How much extra should I work out to compensate?

indian is easy just limit yourself with bread *roti/naan* and stay away from fried veggies.
Asian I would steer clear of anything fried or looks like it took a bath in heavy sauces, soy sauce or breaded. Italian same thing steer clear of breaded items and bread and watch the cheese and pasta intake. Good luck
Ur gonna need 1000 calories if u want desert0
