Arobathon

I am going to an arobathon in the morning and I was wondering how to keep nourished. it's 3 hours. spin class, insanity, spin, zumba, spin. I'm excited but kinda nervous. I plan on oatmeal and power bar 1/2 way with sports drink during.

Also I plan on wearing my hr monitor, I anticipate burning well into 1000-2000 calories. Since this is a one time thing (3hour workout) Do I need to eat ALL the calories?
