Tofx Xpress -tofu recipe, and suggestions wanted

Hey everyone! I had my first experience with the Tofu Xpress last week, and made soy horseradish tofu. It turned out good - but I am looking for some other tofu recipes to try. Do you have any favorites? I also want to cook with tempeh but am not sure what to do with it.
