I just walked 60 min. at a moderate pace pushing a double stroller with my 2 preschoolers and carrying my 22lb. infant on my front side in a moby wrap. The stroller with both kids weighs in at almost 100lb. I'm having trouble figuring out how many calories I burned. I can't find this combination of activities on any of the calorie burning sights I've found.

LOL highly doubt that exercise would be in the MFP database. You should invest in a HRM

 sounds like me!! I've used the walking, 3.5 mph (?) UPHILL listing here. It's an estimate, anyways. Pushing & carrying all that weight has to count for something!!

There is an exercise in the database listed as 'pushing stroller with child' (gives a really low calorie estimate) and another listed 'running (jogging), training, pushing wheelchair' (that one gives much higher calories) - you could use one of those but I agree you might consider investing in a HRM so you can be more accurate, that's some serious work over and above normal walking when you're carrying and pushing that kind of load.

I would select an option with walking carrying a backpack/baby. It might underestimate, but I would think it is better to underestimate than over estimate. Either way, rock on!

Just list it as 60 minutes of walking at 3mph. Without an HRM you cannot accurately work it out.

This site has all sorts of entries for calories burned. You don't have to sign up or anything to gain access either! Good luck!
