Finally found a before pic and compared to an after pic....

The one with the yellow shirt was taken in Italy in 2008, one month after I retired, I weighed 133 there. The one with the green shirt is from 2009, I was up to 140 there. When I started at MFP last February I was up to 143. The one with me holding the camera is from December 2011. I'm 115 in this pic.

My personal body favorite is italy! Your face looks younger at your lightest weight. You look great no matter what!

I lost some of my curves when I lost the weight. I wish that hadn't happened but I am working on toning now and hope to get a bit of my butt back (never thought I'd say that!!).0 -
