I would eat less bread and add more vegetables and other kinds of grains.

    Reading now... thanks for posting.

This is something I'm thinking a lot about lately... getting confused sometimes over just how "clean" to eat. I don't shun fast food, although I don't eat it every day. I've added bread & grains back in after trying out paleo. I don't shy away from ice-cream. But... wondering if I'll ever see the last of the fat leave my belly while enjoying these things.

On the other hand, I'm not trying to go for "bodybuilder" or "fitness model" so, why do I have to have perfect abs? Guess I don't. Anyway, I'm not too motivated to give up my junk food yet if that's what it takes to have six pack abs. I'm not yet convinced I have to stop eating ice-cream and burgers.
