Maintenance or plateau?

Alright I'm just looking for opinions here....
On May 1st I was 337 lbs through a 1200 - 1300 cal diet and an hour of cardio a day by December 23rd I was down to 196.
For the last three weeks I've upped my calories to 2300, my weight hasn't moved (194 avg. every day). I'm 5'10" 194lbs and I do about an hour of cardio every day for an average of 800 cals (best guess estimate) in exercise.
My question is, am I maintaining or could I see more loss if I either ate more (I'm netting about 1500 daily)? Should I go back to my cut diet?
The reason I increased calories was to try and keep as much LBM as possible. My end goal at this point isn't really number based...I really just want to look good shirtless, small 6-pack, and maybe stay under 200 just because I still fear the number a bit!
