Well....Day 1 has come and gone. Now Im not the kind of person who has ever really watched what i eat or how much i ate, and even just after one day, Im starting to realize how hard it is going to be to meet my daily levels. They have me eating about 1800/day...I would guess I would normally consume 2500 to 3000 a day. Didnt help that i picked out the worst item at subway for you. Live and learn i guess. But that was only the start to my day. I apparently picked the wrong day to start running every day. At about 4:30 this afternoon, It was 28 and the roads here are cmpletely iced over. That, and the fact I dont have the money just yet for a gym membership didnt make me happy. So instead of running and the standard push ups and crunches, had to settle for only the pushups and crunches. The one thing that did work is i started drinking water. Over the last year, you could probably count the times I drank water on one hand. Today, as i will try my best to everyday, I drank a full gallon of water. Had to pee like every 30 mins, but I guess my body just needs to readjust to it. I felt alot better though. I suppose my body will start to flush some of the toxins out. Alright, Im out. Will update tomorrow.

That's great....and that's what the beginning is all about! I takes a few days to realize the actual nutritional values of the foods we are used to consuming, but I've found that with some minor alterations to my menus I've been able to cut back significantly on the amount of food I consume and still feel completely satisfied! Welcome aboard!0

Great try for day one, it will get easier, and that Subway choice.... we all made those food decisions at the start. You will quickly learn that thinking ahead about your meals and finding foods that are calorie light lets you eat more during the day, as opposed to eating all of your calories by noon. As well, did you know that interval training can burn as much per hour as running. For example, One set pushups, 30 seconds jumping jacks, then (no rest in between) one set squats, 30 seconds boxer's skipping, one set crunches, then 30 seconds knee runs on the spot. If you do 15 minutes of that type of workout you can burn huge calories in a very short time, earn extra calories to eat , work your major muscles and get your cardio in. Just some ideas....keep us posted.0
