    Interesting...just one thing though--true, oil does not prevent pasta from sticking together BUT
    just one T. of it in the pasta pot will WILL HELP prevent the pot from boiling over!!! You still have to watch it, not try to boil it over, etc but it does help A LOT!!!! Try it!! I have even added it when pot was boiling too much--again use caution and common sense!
