now this is just my experience, but as someone who has been all over the map in weight (from 105-175) i have always struggled with the concept of a 'goal/healthy weight' and i think there are a lot of misconceptions. I hope these pictures arent too graphic, but i just wanted to show you what MY body looked like (i am 5'7") when i weighed 137 which is supposedly the 'middle' of my bmi range. In my opinion i looked quite bony and boobless ... just remember there is no set number that will make you healthy and the most beautiful versions of yourself...so don't get too caught up in numbers. look in the mirror, be honest with yourself, and i think some of you here might find a beautiful/healthy/fit/strong individual is ALREADY there.
