What is your definition of "being in shape"?
I realized tonight for the first time since I was probably in high school (which for me has been a long time ago) that I am what I would term "in shape". I have lost 42 pounds in 15 months and have worked out consistently during that time. For me, being in shape means being to sit on the floor and play with my grandchild, being able to easily get up off the floor afterwards and still being able to move the next day! It is a great feeling to have strength, balance and flexibility after years of being out of shape.
So, what is your definition of "being in shape"?

I have a few things that I'm pursuing to be in healthy shape:
1. Healthy BMI
2. Eating for fuel and nutrition, not just because its there.
3. Regularly working out 3-5 days/week
4. Wearing my "healthy weight" jeans0
