Guys I could use some help. I have a rug burn like rash on my arm pits from rubbing together. Its not b/c changing product I know its the new exercises which are causing it.
So the question is what to do. I have tried more deodorant right before washing after and then new deodorant, nope no help. I also have been using medicated powder which has helped some, but I can only use that at night. Any suggestions let me know thanks everyone.

I started getting that during my runs and realized it was because my shirts had gotten too big (the underarms were hanging too far down allowing the skin to touch). I got some shirts that were a little more snug around the arms and it stopped. Could that possibly be the problem?0
