Hey everyone. I've been tracking what I eat for a whole 3 days. Recently joined a gym and am having a personal trainer work with me weekly for the first 2 months to give me some better direction. I have the andriod app loaded on my phone and track my workouts while I'm doing them and what I eat if I'm not home. I've changed from pepsi and pizza all the time to more healthy things but still have very high sugar intake. Hopefully as I get into drinking more water and less juice that will go down. Otherwise really enjoying seeing what is going on, very helpful site so far.
