NMTZ and BFBM

Hey, I'm thinking of creating a group for February in which we would alternate between two Jillian Michaels dvds, "No More Trouble Zones" and "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism". If anyone wants to just do one of those dvds and supplement in their own exercises for strength or cardio, they'd be welcome too. =] Just looking for some people that are interesting in doing these dvds in the month of February and see how well we do toward reaching our goals!

I have both of those and they are great - I alternate between them and also Extreme Shed and Shred and 30 Day Shred (when DH wants me to workout with him). Planning to start Ripped in 30 with him in about 2 weeks though so IDK if I'd be able to alternate those along with RI30 or not....0

You're one busy girl!I'm finishing up Ri30 this month. It's no joke! =] I haven't been good about putting cardio into my work out this month though (aside from the Ri30), which was one of my main reasons for wanting to do this group.

Hi! I'm interested I have both of these DVDs at home but haven't done them much. I'm due to finish 30DS on the 6th Feb so would be looking to start on the 7th of Feb.
Have you seen the 30 Day Slim Down which combines these two plus the 30DS DVD - this was something I was thinking of doing after I finished the 30 DS. Anyway very interested always better to do it with someone else!0 -

BFBM is almost 40 solid minutes of cardio, so that'll help you out on that point for real. :-) It has a great ab circuit thrown in there, too.0 -

I did hear about that.If you would like to join and do that, that'd be fine. =] I just figured that NMTZ was a good way to put in strength training and BFBM was a good cardio dvd (from what I've heard) and combining the two would be good. But if you want to add in 30DS, go for it! I'm not really planning on any strict schedule, just looking for some people want to work out and get some cardio and strength in each week. =]
