1 year, 100 pounds

Hi I am Tiffany. I am 23 years old and since 2006 have lost about 75 pounds. It has been amazing losing that much and becoming healthier, but lately I haven't been serious at all about my health and weight loss. This year I am getting serious! I am 5'3", so my healthy weight is somewhere between 115 and 140, from what I have read. My goal is the eat healthy and exercise regularly and lose between 1.5 and 2lbs a week; which will put me right in that category. Wish me luck and feel free to add me so we can help motivate each other!!

    Hey I just started with my fitness pal yesterday. I love it! if you commit to it, it really is making me more aware of what/how much I am eating.

    I am 26 and I am trying to lose 81 lbs I would also like to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week :o) I am 5'5'' and that would put me @ 130 lbs. right in my medically ideal weight range, with a little bit of wiggle room

    I want to lose weight to feel better about myself & to be more healthy. I also have bad knees so extra weight on my body is hard on them

    Congrats on the 75lbs you have lost and good luck on the 100 more you wish to lose!
