Need some guidance about correct calorie level

Yeah, so... apparently, even though I had originally set it to lose 1 lb/week, something glitched and the calorie limit had me at the goal to lose 2 lb/week (1350) even though it SAID 1 lb/week. I re-set it to the 1 lb/week, and suddenly I have 656 calories left today! Now I'm not sure what to do. I haven't been dying trying to make it on the 1350/day, but I had intended to ease in a little slower, esp since my exercise calories burned are minimal (can currently manage things like stretching or very short, slow walks due to injuries. Even this is more activity than I have gotten in a long time). Should I maybe split the difference, and go for 1 1/2 lb/week? I almost feel like 1870/day (the calories I would get at 1 lb/week goal) is TOO much, but I really don't know.

I have over 100 to lose, and I am def. concerned about slowing my metabolism more than it already is. My diet guidelines that I am trying to follow, (not perfectly, but in general), are:

lean meats
lowfat dairy
whole grains
very little artificial sweetener
lots of fruits and veggies
less processed is best. working my way away from "frankenfoods"

Thanks for any direction you can offer!

If you are anywhere near 5'5" set mfp to 1600 calories daily.
    Set protein to about 30%
    Carbs to 40%
    Fat to 30%

    Enjoy your weight loss!

    Oh yea!
Dont forget to work out 3x a week!
