this jogging thing is cool

I just have to share...
I have only been exercising for the last 5 weeks, having started with a personal trainer. My strength is better than my cardio and we have been slowly working on improving my cardio.
Part of my home workout is the treadmill, and I have to walk for two minutes, jog for three with the third minute being slightly faster, and do this 3/4 times. Today I decided I would see how many times I could do this. At 45 minutes, which is 8 times over, I decided to stop. It was about 4.5 kms and 318 calories.
I never thought I would jog on the treadmill at all, let alone 4.5 kms and for 45 mins. I know I was walking as well, but I don't care. And most importantly IT WAS AWESOME. I feel really good.
I am feeling pretty proud of myself at the moment. I can't wait to have another go tomorrow.
