    I'm on at 2000 calorie diet and that puts me at around a 750 calorie deficit.

    im on a 1700 calorie diet. But i am a girl so our calorie needs may be a lot different. I am supposed to eat around 2700 in order to maintain my weight. So by letting go of 1000 calories I can lose 2 pounds a week! yaaay!!!

    Way too much food for even me!
    I'm only doing maintenance now!

    Good times they were! Especially if you were a conocer of the meats

    I was an offensive lineman in high school. I was eating 10,000 calories a day to gain weight but still only managed to gain about 20 lbs in a year.

    When I was in the Army, I was at 6,500 to maintain my weight, which was about 195lbs. When I was in the field and on MREs (which average about 3000 calories), I'd lose a full pound a day.

    In my 30's my metabolism crashed to earth.

    2500 calories would put me on a maintain. I get between 250 - 350 additional calories burned through workouts. I'm targeting losing 1 - 2 lbs per week (until I get back down to 195), so I'm only taking in 2000 calories or less per day.

    Me too, Its hard to go from eating one meal a day to three, i hate it...especially breakfast.

    I could not do a starvation thing where I can't eat the foods I want.

    I was on 2800 net before Christmas if that counts (I was bulking)

    Unfortunately I'm now on 2000 net :( I miss those times.

    Only when Im binging! No idea what my calorie intake would be to maintain when I finally get there, but im used to eating about 1500 a day, honestly think I would struggle on a day to day basis to eat that much! But all power to you, Im a little bit jealous! :D

    This what I'm striving for!! When I get to maintenance and with exercise I should be able to eat that much, or pretty near that!! I do loooove to eat!!

    I was for my Dinner meal yesterday, lol! Back to my routine 1,370 daily intake.
