Recovering after a long illness..

Hi, everyone!

So after being bedridden for several months (Dec. 2010 - July 2011), I gained a lot of weight and lost a lot of muscle tone. I'm very physically weak and 80+ lbs overweight. I also do not feel healthy, because I've been eating a lot of crap. Well, I'm healthier now, and it's time to get back on track.

So my goal is to exercise daily, building up my muscle strength and endurance. I'm also going back to a vegan diet (for both ethical and health reasons). I was a vegan for a long time before getting sick, and I've never felt better in my life. I want to get back to that place!

I've never done this before (recording everything and being in community, I mean), so I'm hoping this works!
