Definitely getting a veggie tray.
I might do mini sandwiches of lean ham and cheese on kings hawaiian rolls..

What else? I dont want a bunch of chips, cookies, sweets, carby garbage, but I do want it to FEEL very much Superbowl Sunday.

  • I make a delicious chili that is cheap, easy, low fat, and delicious. It usesground turkey instead of beef, canned beans and canned diced tomatoes. I can't think of anything that says football more that chili, if you pair it with low fat sour cream and baked tortilla chips, you have a filling and healthy meal. Also a veggie platter is great for munching or you could make quesadillas and cu them into 8 sections, the flour tortillas are a beter choice than bread or hawaiian rolls and use salas for dipping which is low calorie. Hope these are helpful ideas.

I made the Knorr's spinach dip and subbed greek yogurt for the sour cream. Still used the mayo, but it tasted exactly the same - my hubby didn't notice the difference.

oooohhh quesadillas... It all sounds great for what is sure to be a cold Superbowl Sunday. Might have to make a chili too. Just think that will have to happen. Any more ideas?
