Focused and Determined

New to MFP but so far I am a fan of it. Its definitely helped me realize things that I was eating was totally wrong and that I can definitely do well with better portion control. I try to hit the gym 5 days a week alternating full cardio days and cardio/weights days. I'm looking forward to continuing on this site and would love to make friends with people who are trying to do the same. I've pretty much been the big guy all my life and just at the point where its got to change. I told myself I cant hit 30 and be this same way which gives me a little over a year to be in way better shape. I truly believe in myself and that I will overcome this obstacle and make it to my goals.
