I've been snacking on the Gerber Graduates puffs.
They aren't the best tasting treat, but they aren't horrible.
They are only 25 calories a serving which is 72 peices. Theres no grams of fat and lots of vitimins since they are made for babies.
There are some really good baby snacks that are really good for you and would be great for a diet.

The only thing wrong with these types of snacks is that they aren't really very satisfying. Because they're puffed up so much, they're actually mostly air. I would say they're fine as an occasional snack, but probably not a good staple in your diet.

yeah, they don't fill me up as much as other foods would.
they are satisfying to me though.
    i guess everyone is different.
the cheddar cheese things, i forget what they are called, they are kinda like cheetos, them work better for me than the puffs.

Yes, there's a reason why they're intended for babies.

i too have thought baby food could be used as a helpful tool in dieting, especially the dessert jars, some of them are really delicious and low in calories. it is only my opion but i would think baby food is only intended for babies b/c it, or they come in small more baby size portions and they dont have teeth, not neccesarily b/c it's not nutritionally whole, since babies need the most nutrition during growth-again my opinion, but i think if you could eat 3 jars of peach pie baby food dessert instead of ahersheys bar with almonds or a real peach pie, then go for it!:drinker:
