    All I had was a Fruit & Walnut Snack Salad from McDonalds. Could've been worse!!

    Well, I thought that was a lot of food too, but guys burn it so much easier, IMO.

    I was in the mood for something fast today, so I had Chinese shredded beef loin, on top of a bed of spinach (50/50 mix, don't know what the other 50 was, LOL) and an orange.:laugh:

    I had 2 Wasa whole grain crackers with 1/4 cup tuna mixed with 1 tbsp sandwich spread and 1/4 cup peas and carrots. Yummy tuna salad! :happy:
