I will be going away and I'd like to take along with me the body pump 1-hr program to do on my own. Does anyone know if this can be downloaded and from where?

    The BodyPump that is done in class is limited access i.e. qualified instructors only.

    Beachbody are allowed to sell the home edition Les Mills Pump. Quite how that will compare to the workout you get in a Body Pump class, I wouldn't like to guess. It's not available in any other part of the world.

    No doubt pirated copies of both programs are available if you try to find them hard enough :grumble:
