Hi there, joined on jan 1. I didnt actually join jan 1 because of the new year i had been wanting to change my eating habits for a while and i had three days off work so that is when i decided to begin. my wife has been a great help with picking up healthy groceries and i have been measuring and scooping everything out to track online.
i had a quick question. does myfitnesspal update your calories, fat, per day goal targets after you have lost so much weight or do you have to reset your goals so it will update. I ask because i figure after you lose say 10-15 lbs that you shouldn't be eating the same calories, fat as when you started.
thanks

Yes. For every 10lbs you lose it will ask if you want to change yiur goals and will automatically change them if you say yes. Or you can change it yourself. Blessings to you on your journey0
