HELP!!!! I'm new to this site, but not new to the need to lose weight...I am hopeful the support from this board will keep me inspired and motivated to do it this time..Any tips for staying commited would be greatly appreciated...Thanks!!!!:happy:

Hm, tip from me is to get some friends on your profile, if you know you want to motivate them when they do well, you'll be on here anyway and you'll log your food and exercise, add me if you like
Also, try and participate in the forums, that should keep you invested in this community and then you'll be less likely to quit if you're happy here!0
