I just read this in American Baby magazine and wanted to share. You can find out a food's calorie count when you are dining out before ordering: text the restaurant name and dish to DIET1 (diet.com's free service) and receive a reply with nutritional info. Isn't that the coolest!!!:drinker:

    that is really cool! I will have to try that! You know...no matter how much you try to plan ahead there will always be an unexpected need to stop for food on some days!

    ok...I tried it and got an error message telling me to use a 10 digit #. do you have to use a specific cell provider?

    I don't know. I haven't tried it yet. I just now read it in a magazine.
