Exercising when you have a cold - good or bad?

Hey everyone. I've been so great with going to the gym since mid December. Atleast 45 minutes, sometimes up to 90 minutes, 4 times per week. I think it's been instrumental in my journey thus far.

Now, I've come down with a nasty cold/flu type of thing...and I am still really craving a workout. i feel like I need to stay on track and not spend the entire day sititng on the couch. We also had an ice/snow storm last night, so no gym for me today.

Can anyone recommend some light exercises that would be good for me when I'm not feeling 100%? I don't feel terrible, just winded and overheated a little more easily. I'm not looking for intense cardio. Just maybe some light cardio or strength moves?

Is this even advisable? I just don't want to lose momentum by being a couch potato!
