We did a 1K workout at the end of bootcamp today....what a way to burn some intense calories if you move the entire time. For those not familiar with this it is: 10 exercises, 10 seconds to complete 10 reps of each exercise starting with 10 second rest between each exercise then moving that down with each cycle by 1 second. Oh...MY....my arms hurt, my calves are burning, and I think my legs turned into tree trunks. Once said and done with the different style push=ups it equaled 400, sit-ups (various styles) 300, squats 200, and last but not least burpees 100. I will look forward to a day of REST tomorrow with only a short jaunt on the treadmill.
